At Bharat Health Clinic, customer satisfaction is important to us.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns may be accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product expired at the time of delivery
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.
4. Replacement
